Supply Teacher KS1 required Redditch

Your new School:

We are seeking a dedicated KS1 supply teacher in the Redditch area who prioritises children's learning, development, and overall wellbeing. This role involves collaboration with Hays Education, one of the leading recruitment agencies for primary schools in Redditch. We offer both day-to-day and long-term opportunities.

As a supply teacher, your responsibilities will include managing the classroom and teaching in the absence of the original teacher. For day-to-day supply, you will deliver lessons based on the planning provided by the original teacher. In long-term placements where planning is required, you will be paid accordingly to scale. Any challenges, including safeguarding concerns, must be reported to the teacher or the on-duty Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL). This role offers flexibility, making it an ideal option for those balancing work with other commitments.
