Our client is a large manufacturing organisation in the aerospace industry based in the Midlands, near Redditch.
Description
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and address quality issues.
- Lead and implement process improvements to enhance product quality.
- Conduct inspections and tests to verify product quality.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and manufacturing regulations.
- Prepare reports on quality control activities.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
Profile
The successful Quality Engineers will have:
- Worked in a similar contract position within the aerospace or automotive industry
- Proficiency in quality standards and control systems, IATF 16949, NADCAP and AS9100.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement.
Job Offer
