Your Role at a Glance

As the Quality Inspection Team Leader, you'll:

  • Conduct 1st off inspections of pressed and assembled products.
  • Oversee the company's calibration system.
  • Monitor and improve supplier quality performance through auditing and collaboration.
  • Manage non-conforming products and ensure quality compliance.
  • Support production teams in resolving output and efficiency challenges.
  • Use tools like SAP and Microsoft Office for efficient data management and reporting.
About You

We're looking for a driven professional with a passion for quality and exceptional leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have proven team leader or supervisory experience, coupled with excellent people management skills.
  • Be educated to NC/ND level with qualifications in ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 (2016) internal auditing.
  • Possess problem-solving expertise using 8D or similar tools.
  • Be proficient in SAP, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Understand control plans, FMEA, SPC, and engineering changes.
Desirable Qualities

While not essential, candidates with CMM experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings will stand out.
