My client is looking to recruit a strong Administrator 

You will be working with the Product Support team, where you will be developing basic service management reporting and evaluating departmental procedures in order to improve efficiency.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • To register contractual agreements on ERP System by inputting clear customer information as well as attention to detail with contract commencement date and contract duration.
  • Communicating well with customers to get order numbers in a timely fashion throughout the month.
  • To update information in our ERP System every month.
  • Timesheet processing
  • Writing up reports

 Experience and Qualifications:

  • Strong administration experience
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word systems
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Be self-motivated, a team player and process driven
