Osenka Recruitment are working with a very well-established sub-contractor Groundworks/Civils company based in Redditch.
Our client works with the top house builders throughout the Midlands and are recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor, to join there ever-expanding commercial department.
As a Quantity Surveyor, your role will be interesting and varied and you will be responsible for the on-site management of commercial, financial and contractual activities on their residential developmentsthroughout the Midlands
You will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor with in depth technical knowledge, groundworks experience and contracts knowledge.
You will have a keen attention to detail, be a great communicator and have solid IT and Office skills.
About you
- Adequate experience as a Quantity Surveyor within Civils/Groundworks
- A QS Degree
- Experience working on civil/groundworks projects
