Excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a nationwide leading FM business, you'll be taking lead on all commercial activities with a highly regarded contract.

They are seeking an additional Quantity Surveyor in their Redditch office, to cover a number of Hard FM maintenance contracts across the West Midlands.

In this role you'll be taking lead on all Hard FM commercial activities, dealing with the submission of quotations for works projects, quantifying site measures, evaluating sub-contractor applications and the overall management of submissions in accordance of company deadlines.

THE ROLE:
*Leading all commercial function for Hard FM Maintenance Contracts
*Working with a number of clients across the West Midlands
*Submission of quotations for minor works projects
*Quantifying site measures for larger projects

THE PERSON:
*Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying position
*Certification/Degree in Building Services of Quantity Surveying preferred
*Worked on multi-million-pound projects
*NEC 3/4 experience
*Full Drivers License
