Are you a seasoned professional in the world of lettings? Do you have a passion for real estate and a proven track record in the field? We're looking for a Lettings Manager who can drive business success, lead a team, and excel in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively pursue new business and establish marketing and canvassing plans.
  • Analyze market and customer needs and align sales strategies.
  • Provide in-branch training and coaching for staff.
  • Conduct one-to-one reviews and appraisals according to company standards.
  • Handle day-to-day inquiries, face-to-face and via telephone.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Previous experience in estate agency.
