- Greet and welcome all visitors to site, signing in visitors and contractors and issue work permits and other documentation.
- Answer all incoming phone calls in a polite manner, connecting callers and taking clear messages when appropriate.
- Managing the company inbox, reading and forwarding emails as appropriate
- Monitoring company post, distributing parcels and arranging deliveries.
- Provide administrative support to the business.
- Order and monitor business consumables including stationary, cleaning products, tea, coffee etc.
- Computer literate
- General office experience, dealing with a range of administrative tasks
- Customer service experience, face to face or over the phone
