Description

As a Recruitment Advisor, you will work as part of a busy in house recruitment function, support with a wide range of vacancies across the UK.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the company.
  • Proactively generate new candidates
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Screen applicants for suitability and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific recruitment needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
  • Promote the company's image as an employer of choice
  • Provide feedback to applicants on their interview performance and application status.

Profile

Ideal applicants for this role will be available to start at short notice, you will have a proven Recruitment background, ideally within a high-volume, fast-paced, blue-collar/industrial sector.

You will demonstrate a proactive attitude to candidate sourcing
