We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join a small finance team in our client's Redditch offices on a full-time, office-based basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and efficiently.
- Supporting accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Assisting with bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
- Preparing and posting journal entries.
- Assisting with month-end and year-end financial processes.
- Handling queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting audits.
- Providing ad-hoc administrative and finance support as required.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or Finance Administrator role.
- Knowledge of accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, QuickBooks) and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
