Accounts Assistant - PART TIME

They're seeking aPART TIMEAccounts Assistant to join the team to assist with added workload on their finance department. You will be part a close knit team with flexible working hours and days to fit around your personal life!
This is a great opportunity for an experienced accounts clerk/assistant to join a thriving business but still have the flexibility to fit around family life.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining income records to be invoiced
- Processing purchase orders and sending to suppliers
- Management of purchase cards, obtaining VAT invoices and checking to purchase orders with appropriate authorisation
- Invoicing in line with procedures to receive payments in a timely manner
- Processing internal recharges and transfers
- Monthly debtor reporting
- Monthly reconciliation of credit card and direct debits
- Ensuring all month-end deadline are met
- Assisting with finance related queries internally and externally
- Adhoc General admin duties
Working hours:Flexible to suit yourself - ideally 2days per week (12-16 hrs)
