Cover Teachers / Cover Supervisors - Redditch & South Birmingham
Rate - £120 - £180 per day**
Empowering Learning are working with a school in Redditch & South Birmingham, to recruit a full-time cover supervisors or qualified daily cover teachers that can join the team in its commitment to improving the attainment of all pupils. This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit team and make a real difference to the lives of your pupils.
About the role
You will be leading lessons and covering in the absence of class teachers for varying subjects at a school based in Redditch/South Birmingham with an immediate start.
About you
- Experience working with students aged 11-16
- Flexibility to work in different subjects
- Confident managing behaviour
- An ability to build rapport with students
- Good classroom presence
- have a understanding of how to engage with students
- Experience as a cover supervisor (Desired)
We welcome applications from candidates with any level of experience, although previous experience of working with students with challenging behaviour will be an advantage.
