In your first few weeks in this Maintenance Engineer role, you can expect to:
- Review production equipment performance and suggest productivity/process improvements
- Be involved with automation projects throughout the facility, linking existing machinery and plant
- Diagnostic, repair and maintenance of plant machinery, equipment and facilities on site
- Carry out Electrical Maintenance - both planned, preventative work and unscheduled, urgent electrical maintenance work
- Support and manage the electrical aspect of several installations at any time
- Rapid response to breakdowns on production equipment to minimise equipment failure downtime
