Are you an experienced Housing Officer ready to hit the ground running?

Think Community Partnership is working with a Housing provider in Redditch to recruit a skilled Housing Officer with a strong background in tenancy management and anti-social behaviour. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated housing team and make an immediate impact.

  • Location: Redditch (2 days per week onsite, hybrid working available)
  • Duration: 3 months (with potential to extend)
  • Rate: £24.00 per hour (umbrella)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a proactive tenancy and estate management service across the borough
  • Manage a caseload of ASB cases, from early intervention to legal action
  • Conduct tenancy audits, estate inspections, and home visits
  • Liaise with residents, internal departments, and partner agencies to resolve issues
  • Enforce tenancy agreements and support residents to sustain their tenancies
  • Prepare reports, statements, and attend court as required
