About the Role:
In this role, you'll be working closely with a young male client who has Autism. We're looking for someone who is passionate and enthusiastic about providing person-centred care, helping our client lead a fulfilling life. Our client is intelligent, enjoys humour, and is looking to build a warm relationship to achieve personal goals, especially in areas like building his independence.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with daily activities
- Providing personal care prompts.
- Monitoring medication and finances.
- Offering emotional support, companionship, and encouragement.
- Promoting independence.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes in the client's condition.
- Collaborating with other professionals involved in the client's care.
Working Hours:
- Early Shift: 07:30 - 14:45
- Late Shift: 14:45 - 21:30
Weekday and weekend shifts are available.
