- 3+ years’ experience in a supply chain / manufacturing environment preferably oil & gas and/or aerospace.
- 3+ years’ experience of being a people leader of an operations related team.
- Extensive knowledge of ERP business systems.
- Excellent planning, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
- CIPS qualification
- Good knowledge of product and manufacturing processes.
- Have good verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the business.
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment.
