Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician
Salary: £36,500 to £39,000 per annum + Overtime available
Location: Redditch
Hours: Rotating Day Shifts
Week 1: Monday to Thursday, 6am to 5pm
Week 2: Tuesday to Friday, 6am to 5pm


We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in Redditch. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team where you'll be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and servicing of critical plant and machinery.


Key Responsibilities:
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician, your primary duties will include:
• Repairing and maintaining plant and machinery: Ensuring all equipment is running efficiently and minimising downtime.
• Reactive and preventative maintenance: Responding quickly to breakdowns and identifying areas for continuous improvement in maintenance processes.
• Spare parts management: Identifying and specifying required spare parts for machines and equipment, ensuring availability when needed.
• Machinery Working on: Gas Furnaces, CNC machines, Hydraulic and mechanical presses, ovens and furnaces, grinding machines, EMD, presses.
• PLC Fault Finding: Siemens

Required Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
• Apprentice trained or equivalent experience in a relevant maintenance discipline (mechanical, electrical, and Hydraulics).
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of factory operations.
• Experience working with mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems, with the ability to diagnose and resolve faults across various technologies.
• Ability to adapt and work across multiple machines
