Sonic Summary

The job offers a pay rate of £12.00-£12.50 per hour depending on experience, with a 40-hour work week from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Candidates are expected to have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
While customs knowledge is an advantage, it is not essential as training will be provided.
Duties include liaising with the transport department, answering phones, responding to emails, and managing shipping documentation.
This role is suitable for individuals with prior experience in logistics, although training will be offered to all new hires.
