The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
* Attend pre-audit meetings and collaborate with Directors and clients to plan assignments.
* Lead and supervise audit teams, ensuring compliance with technical and client-specific requirements.
* Design and execute risk-based audit approaches and audit tests.
* Manage and control budgets for assignments, ensuring deadlines are met effectively.
* Prepare accounts, tax computations, and management accounts for clients.
* Finalize files for review by senior management.
* Provide guidance and training to junior staff, fostering professional growth.
Candidate Requirements:
* Recently or part-qualified ACA/ACCA.
* Significant and recent experience in audit within a practice environment.
* Strong technical skills with a thorough understanding of UK GAAP and FRS 102 reporting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
* A collaborative team player with proven leadership capabilities.
