Role Overview:

The firm is seeking a talented individual to join their team in either a Semi-Senior or Senior capacity. This position offers a varied workload, with a primary focus on audit alongside exposure to accounts preparation and a small amount of tax work, providing an excellent opportunity for well-rounded professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and planning audits from inception to completion.

Conducting on-site audit work and liaising with clients.

Preparing and reviewing financial statements and audit reports.

Assisting with accounts preparation for clients across a range of industries.

Supporting the preparation of basic tax computations and returns.

Reviewing junior team members’ work and providing guidance as needed.

Ensuring compliance with relevant audit, accounting, and tax standards.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience leading audits within an accountancy practice.

Studying towards or completed ACCA or ACA qualification.

Strong technical knowledge of auditing, accounting, and basic tax compliance.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Strong communication abilities with a client-focused approach.

Willingness to undertake on-site audit work as required.
