We’re thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading college group in a dynamic and rewarding role. As an Instructor/Demonstrator, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping students’ futures by supporting their learning both in the classroom and during exciting external activities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

? Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Assist lecturers in delivering practical training and coaching to industry standards.
  • Take the lead on outdoor activities and sessions in the sports hall or fitness studio.
  • Support students’ work experience placements and track their progress.
  • Maintain and manage learning resources and equipment.
  • Help with promotional events like open days to showcase the college’s offerings.
  • Transport students to/from venues for training, competitions, or activities.

What We’re Looking For:

? The Essentials:

  • Positive, self-motivated attitude
  • Maths & English GCSE/Level 2 or equivalent
  • Experience working with young people

? Nice-to-Haves:

  • Teaching qualification (not essential!)
  • Level 3 Outdoor Leader Qualification

? Key Attributes:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • A proactive approach with the ability to multitask
