Our client, a leading Property Management company, is looking for a proactive Administrator with great customer service skills and the ability to work to a fast pace.

You’ll be at the forefront of ensuring smooth property operations by managing key activities, resolving customer queries, and collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all tasks are completed on time, working closely with internal teams to implement necessary improvements for seamless operations.
  • Take full ownership of your work, ensuring first-time resolutions to customer queries and issues.
  • Complete all activities assigned by the Team Leader, managing tasks to ensure timely progression.
  • Build strong relationships across departments to quickly resolve issues and deliver exceptional service.
  • Support the management of team mailboxes, ensuring queries are answered promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain and update internal databases accurately, ensuring all documentation is stored securely and confidentially in line with GDPR regulations.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service, always striving for first-time resolution.
  • Confident, articulate communicator in both verbal and written forms, capable of building relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Demonstrable experience handling issues effectively, approaching problems with a creative, resolution-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable working independently, yet equally effective as part of a larger team.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time efficiently, and remain resilient under pressure.
  • Excellent IT skills, with a good understanding of social media and the latest technology.
