Job Title: Customer Service Account Manager / Sales Channel SupportSalary: £28,000 - £31,000 plus benefits
Job DescriptionMain Purpose of the RoleTo provide a high level of support to Brokers, their customers, and named Account's customers. The role involves ensuring that Brokers and customers receive prompt responses to their queries, delivering a market-leading service and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Addressing any late payment or debt issues promptly to ensure timely payments.

Investigating and resolving issues including billing, payment, refunds, market interactions, and wholesaler concerns.

Supporting the Sales Manager in securing new business and retaining existing Brokers and customers.

Providing cover during periods of absence for the Account Manager and Sales Manager.

Retaining business by maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Identifying opportunities to increase net income through value-added services and products.

HYBRID working pattern with a recommended onme day per week in the Redhill office.

Minimum grade C in GCSE Mathematics and English Language (or equivalent).

Awareness of customer service values and their application in customer interactions.

Experience using business systems to record customer contacts.

Strong listening and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing requirements.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to follow systematic processes.

Quick and accurate keyboard skills.

Commercial awareness and ability to identify upselling opportunities.

Confidence and maturity in handling customer interactions, with tact and patience.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
