Your new companyOur Client in Redhill is looking for an Accounts Receivable AdministratorYour new role
- Prepare, upload, and reconcile customer returns, providing weekly reports to Credit Controllers and Stock Accountants. Assist Credit Controllers with account reconciliations as needed, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Generate and distribute a weekly report on the quantity of debit notes to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure precise cash allocation based on remits provided by Credit Controllers, and update daily cash books with HSBC payment details for LML & LNCD.
- Open new sales and purchase ledger accounts from approved applications, confirming details with relevant parties, while also making necessary amendments to existing accounts as directed by the AR Manager
- Efficiently process and code customer debit notes/claims upon receipt, ensuring accurate entry into the internal database system. Maintain comprehensive records with all necessary documentation and status updates.
What you'll need to succeedExperience with AR and Credit Control is essential, alongside Excel skills, strong attention to detail, being structured and organised, plus a proven track record, solving complex issues and problem-solving.What you'll get in return
