We are urgently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager for a key client based in Redhill. This is a critical role, ideal for a professional who has extensive experience in finance, particularly in Accounts Receivable, and has previously managed a team and worked in a high volume transactional environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Oversee all Accounts Receivable processes including cash allocation, customer refunds, credit adjustments, write-offs, and the administration of direct debit files and manual invoices.
  • Lead and manage a team of Accounts Receivable Clerks (5), ensuring their development to meet current and future business needs.
  • Review, challenge, and enhance processes, controls, and the system as a whole to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manipulate large volumes of data and streamline or automate processes to improve performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in finance, with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable.
  • Proven experience in system implementation, process improvement, and change management.
  • Excellent knowledge of treasury operations and various payment methods.
  • Strong ability to handle and manipulate large data sets.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
