Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage general ledger and subledger, including bookkeeping tasks for asset and liability accounts.
  • Maintain the sales ledger and purchase ledger.
  • Oversee the full accounts payable cycle.
  • Proficient in Xero, Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs.
  • Support annual report preparation, audit, and filing.
  • Monitor budget actuals and update the budget as required.
  • Handle documentation management.
  • Communicate with external parties, including suppliers and clients, on relevant topics.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in managing financial records and preparing reports.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with financial software (e.g., Xero, Sage) and intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
