- Oversee and manage a team of 5 remote technicians located across the UK.
- Plan and coordinate technician schedules and logistics for nationwide service delivery, ensuring optimal coverage.
- Provide advice on service options, product maintenance, and best storage practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, resolving any queries.
- Raise quotations and input orders into service management systems.
- Manage area budgets and forecast resource demands in line with business objectives.
- Conduct site visits occasionally to review and oversee processes in person.
- Proven management experience in the servicing or product management sector is essential.
- Strong technical understanding.
- Service management software experience is advantageous.
- Confident in decision-making with strong leadership skills, ensuring team alignment.
- Willingness to travel to various sites when necessary.
