Job Description:
Driver Hire Gatwick is again on a lookout for a dedicated and reliable 3.5T Van Delivery Driver for an immediate start role. If you are physically fit, capable of lifting and shifting materials, and other items with a verity of weight, but also you are ready to be needed to travel and have to stick to specific schedules this role could be the perfect role for you. On another base the respective client worked with us in the past on numerous occasions and this time is no different. You will have the opportunity as a 3.5T Van Driver to join their team on a permanent bases but that only depends on you.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete 15-20 deliveries per day, ensuring timely and accurate drop-offs.
Some routes will include long-distance travel with fewer deliveries, requiring efficient time management.
Load and unload materials and other items of a such safely.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with every delivery.
Adhere to all driving regulations and safety protocols.
Requirements:
Must hold a valid UK driving license for 3.5T vehicles.
Ability to handle physical work, including lifting and moving heavy items.
Must be able to start work at 05:30 AM and adhere to the scheduled hours.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Must be punctual and dependable.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel and adapt to varying delivery locations.
