We are in search of a dedicated Ecommerce Manager to lead our online retail operations. The successful candidate will be pivotal in shaping our ecommerce strategy to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically manage and grow all aspects of our online business including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns.

  • Oversee the management of online product inventory, ensuring product listings are up-to-date, accurate, and optimised for search engines.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align online strategies and promotions with overall business goals.
  • Monitor and maintain the health of the digital platform, ensuring high levels of site uptime and a secure shopping environment for customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as an Ecommerce Manager with experience in managing online retail operations.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices, platform management (e.g., Shopify, Magento), and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in analysing performance data and making data-driven decisions to optimise the ecommerce strategy.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is highly desirable.
