They sub contract for some major names in the industry as well as having their own clients with the commercial and healthcare sectors. They are recruiting for a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be:-

  • Based at one of their offices (either Sevenoaks or Redhill) but you will be visiting and calling key clients in the London / M25 area
  • Building the relationships with key clients (5 to start with and this will increase) to make sure they are happy with the services provided
  • Meeting with your key clients (mostly around the London area) to continue a great working relationship
  • Being the main POC and making sure any issues the client has are rectified
  • Producing reports for the client and also for your colleagues
  • Up selling added services to the client when necessary
  • Preparing and presenting planned maintenance schedules when annual renewal time comes

Skills needed to be an air conditioning Service Coordinator:-

  • Living close to either their Redhill office in Surrey or their office in Sevenoaks in north Kent would be great but they would consider anyone around the London or M25 area as you would only be going into the offices a few times a month
  • You need experience working as a relationship manager or business development manager
  • Having experience in construction, HVAC or M&E would be very beneficial but is not essential
  • You need to be a people person and able to build strong relationships with new clients to
  • You need to be a problem solver and be a firm / fair approach to client relation
  • You need a good telephone manner and administration skills

Salary and Benefits of an air conditioning Service Coordinator:-

  • 35-45k basic salary depending on experience
  • 5k car allowance
