Working for a well-established and highly successful business based in Redhill, the focus of this role is to maximise sales opportunities from an existing client base, developing relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining customer contact on the phone and via email
  • Maximising sales opportunities through regular contact
  • Online sales order processing
  • Handling price and service issues
  • Ensuring that revenue and margin targets are met

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

  • Previous experience in an outbound sales role
  • Used to working in a KPI and sales target driven environment
  • Ability to manage customer accounts, maintaining and developing relationships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong communication skills

The company offer a competitive basic salary, with earning potential of £34,000+ with bonus and commission.

Please note that this role is fully office based, Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm.
