Job Title:CNC Miller Programmer/Setter/Operator

Shift:6:00am - 18:00pm, Monday to Thursday.

Night shift is also available if preferred

Rate:Candidate's salary requirements are considered as client is keen to find the right person.

The Job

  • Programming, setting, and operatingCNC Milling machines, specifically Hermle controls. TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawingsto produce precision components.
  • Proving out programs, fault finding, and optimizing performance.
  • Machining extremely precise medical equipmentusing exotic medical grade materials, low batch.
  • Ensuring quality and accuracyof machined parts through self-inspection.

Requirements

  • Able to take a model and create a program offline / setup machine / operate
  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer and Setter.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Commitment to quality and safety.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
