Our client who is well established and a leader in their field is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team.  This is a great role for someone who has previous experience in a similar role and is looking to develop their career in a growing business.

Duties include:

  • Maintain a database of existing and new customers.
  • Record and monitor all sales opportunities using relevant software.
  • Raise estimates from information provided by customers ensuring company margins are achieved.
  • Provide technical support on all products and services.
  • Attend networking events as required.
  • Process and manage all orders / projects ensuring customers objectives can be achieved regarding lead times and products.
  • Monitor stock level against order expectations.
  • Raise purchase orders as required for stock and non stock items.
  • Manage all sub-contract elements ensuring projects costs and variations are achieved.
  • Ensure all project files are completed and up to date.
  • Maintain estimating / processing packages as required.
  • Attend site meetings upon request.
  • Provide temporary support as required in warehouse management, distribution and use of machinery upon full training.
  • Proactively contact customers to create new opportunities.
  • Any other duties of a less skilled nature as requested by your line manager.

Working hours will be 39.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday between the hours of 08:30 and 17:30 and Friday between the hours of 08:30 and 17.00.
