Project QS required for National Residential Developer/Contractor based in Surrey office

I have an urgent requirement for one of my clients, a National Housebuilder, based out of their office just outside the M25 in Surrey - they're looking for a Project level QS to either run your own site as Lead QS or work as a No.2 to a Senior QS on a larger site.

You'll ideally have residential developer experience, or at least have worked on new build residential projects for a main contractor, from procurement to final account.

COINS experience is a major plus.

The role is office-based visiting sites primarily in South West London, Surrey and Sussex.

Salary £55k - £65k + package depending on experience.
