Commercial Property NQ Solicitor
  • Location: East Surrey

My client is seeking a dedicated Commercial Property Paralegal to provide comprehensive legal and paralegal support to their dynamic Commercial Property department. This role is ideal for someone with some experience in commercial property law and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Assist with property acquisitions, sales, lettings, and leasehold property management.
  • Manage client extranets, data rooms, and prepare monthly reports.
  • Ensure file management complies with Lexcel procedures.
  • Conduct searches, review titles and documents, and draft basic property documents.
  • Complete post-completion reporting and scheduling.
  • Check schedules and manage documents efficiently.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Handle Land Registry and SDLT formalities.
  • Coordinate conditions precedent documents for charging exercises.
  • Schedule and compile document bibles.
  • Place property portfolios into charge.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar role within a Commercial Property department.
  • Familiarity with Lexcel procedures and compliance.
  • Proficiency in managing client extranets and data rooms.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
