We are working with a fantastic company based in Redhill, seeking a People and Payroll Systems Project Manager to join them on a 6-9-month fixed-term basis. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering a transformational project to implement and integrate a new people and payroll system.

You will work closely with the Director, as well as cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless integration of the new system while driving positive change and ensuring compliance with UK payroll and pension regulations.

Day-to-day responsibilities will be varied but may include:

  • Leading the identification and implementation of a new people and payroll system
  • Developing a comprehensive project plan and presenting recommendations to the Executive
  • Managing integration with existing systems and processes
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve any system or process issues
  • Keeping management updated on project progress and outcomes

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in implementing HR and/or payroll systems
  • A track record in delivering successful projects
  • Knowledge of UK payroll and pension regulations
  • Experience driving organisational change
