We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join a well-established, employee-owned food business. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience, preferably within FMCG, who is looking for a stable and rewarding position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day administration of retail and food service accounts
- Managing contract balances and stock levels
- Preparing weekly sales reports and analysis
- Coordinating with Procurement and Operations on lead times and forecasting
- Supporting customer tenders with detailed administrative tasks
- Handling benchmarking and sampling requests
- Assisting with new product launches
- Conducting market research and store visits
- Completing new line forms and preparing commercial presentations
Ideal Candidate:
- 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in FMCG
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable working in a structured, support-focused role
