Our client, a leading independent insurance intermediary, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Training Coordinator to join their team in Redhill. As the Training Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the continuous development of all staff through effective training programmes and initiatives.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct effective induction programmes for new employees, acting as their main contact within the organisation.
  • Craft and deliver engaging virtual and in-person training sessions to enhance the knowledge and skills of the employees.
  • Manage an online Learning Management System to facilitate the delivery and reporting of training.
  • Identify training needs, create training plans, and develop training materials to support the professional growth of the employees.
  • Utilise coaching approaches to enhance staff performance and support individual development goals.
  • Develop and maintain training programmes in line with regulations and company processes.
  • Follow up and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programmes.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory training requirements.
  • Maintain a high level of personal presentation and adhere to company policies, including Health & Safety and Equal Opportunities.
  • Attend team and staff meetings as required.
  • Undertake any other duties within the scope of the role as requested by your manager.
