We are working with a large international company in the Redhill Area, who are looking for a Billing Manager to join them on a Permanent basis.
In this role you will be play a key part in the Billing Team, supporting the Manager with the overall processes and day to day responsibilities as a department. Day to Day Duties may include:
- Manage NIBS systems to provide orders, customer accounts, billing profiles and rates
- Process activations, deactivation, changes of packages and early terminations
- Be responsible for the monthly billing cycles which include providing requests, on a daily or weekly basis, resolving errors, running invoice processing and invoice validity
- Analytical reporting
- Sign off and approved invoices
- Train and provide support to the team regarding the system, providing and airtime modules
- Work with customers, suppliers, and other department for efficient processes
To be considered for this role, we are looking for someone with an excellent understanding of billing, high level global customer service experience and great relationship building capabilities. Experience in Telecom or similar billing software or billing processes is preferred.
