Our client, aninternationally operating B2Bmedia businessare looking for an experienced, forward thinkingCredit Controllerto join itsfriendly, hardworkingaccounts team, andtake ownership ofall aspects of credit controlfor clients - including international clients.You willproactively pursue outstanding payments,interacting andbuilding relationshipswith awide range of customerstoreduce the aged debtposition -whilst maintaining the relationshipandcommercial bondwith the client.

AsCredit Controller,your role will include:
  • Proactively reducing and chasing debt via phone and e-mail, liaising with clients to ensure payments are met
  • Building effective working relationships both with clients externally and teams internally
  • Ensuring customer details are correct and entered into the accounts system
  • Basicreconciliation of bank and client accounts
  • Resolving anyaccounts / customer related queries effectively
  • Marking up trade journals for invoicing purposes
  • Assisting with month end reconciliations

I am interested in speaking with candidates who have proven experience working as aCredit Controller, Accounts Receivable Clerk, Sales Ledger Clerk, credit control professional, or Accounts Assistantwithin acommercialbusinessthatideally operates internationally,and therefore who ideally hasexperience working withmultiple currencies and international customers.Experience using anaccounting system or ERP system(such as Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, Oracle, Netsuite)andstrong MS Excel skills isimportant.
