Temporary Credit Controller - Hybrid (Redhill) - Immediate StartWe are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join our clients team on a temporary basis in Redhill.This is a hybrid role, working Monday to Wednesday in the office (8 AM - 4 PM) and Thursday & Friday from home. An immediate start is required. ?? Location: Redhill (Hybrid)?? Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour ? Duration: Temporary contract?? Hours: Monday - Wednesday (Office, 8 AM - 4 PM) | Thursday - Friday (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:- Managing credit control processes, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts
- Building strong relationships and confidently liaising with overseas customers
- Chasing overdue payments via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Allocating payments and reconciling customer accounts
- Resolving customer queries efficiently to ensure smooth cash flow
- Monitoring aged debt and implementing effective recovery strategies
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing and credit management
? Strong credit control background with proven experience in a similar role? Confident in dealing with overseas customers and navigating different time zones? Excellent communication and negotiation skills? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting systems? Experience in the events industry is advantageous but not essential? Ability to work independently and within a team? Available to start immediately This is a fantastic hybrid opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller looking for a temporary role in a dynamic environment.
