Client Services Executive

We're searching for confident and friendly individuals to handle inbound calls and web chats, to assist clients with enquiries about their occupational pension schemes.

Prior experience isn't necessary - full training is provided.

What You'll Do:

  • Respond to inbound queries via phone, email, and web chat
  • Make follow-up calls and return voicemails when needed
  • Accurately document actions and maintain up to date records
  • Deliver exceptional service while adapting to different customer situations
  • Manage challenging queries or calls with professionalism and resilience
  • Work efficiently to meet response times and "Right First Time" resolution target
