What You'll Do:
- Respond to inbound queries via phone, email, and web chat
- Make follow-up calls and return voicemails when needed
- Accurately document actions and maintain up to date records
- Deliver exceptional service while adapting to different customer situations
- Manage challenging queries or calls with professionalism and resilience
- Work efficiently to meet response times and "Right First Time" resolution target
