My client is urgently looking for an immediately available experienced Contact Centre Administrator to work in its busy department.
The main responsibilities would include:
- Working on the Company’s inbox for emails
- Locating the relevant customers on the system
- Checking details and verifying
- Dealing with queries
- Escalating queries as appropriate
- Knowledge of MS packages
