We're looking for four Client Service Executives to join our supportive and dynamic team on a six-month fixed-term contract.
This isn't your typical call centre role. As part of the team, you'll play an important part in building long-term relationships with clients and ensuring they have an outstanding service experience.
It's not just about answering queries, it's about understanding client needs, offering thoughtful solutions and keeping communication clear and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for client enquiries, offering personalised and professional service
- Resolve issues quickly and efficiently while building trust with clients
- Engage with clients through email and live chat, ensuring clear and helpful communication
- Organise and send relevant documentation, making sure clients receive what they need on time
- Handle occasional complaints with professionalism, always focusing on maintaining positive relationships
