Client Service Executives

Are you looking for a role where you can build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer care, rather than just answering calls?

We're looking for four Client Service Executives to join our supportive and dynamic team on a six-month fixed-term contract.

This isn't your typical call centre role. As part of the team, you'll play an important part in building long-term relationships with clients and ensuring they have an outstanding service experience.

It's not just about answering queries, it's about understanding client needs, offering thoughtful solutions and keeping communication clear and effective.

Key Responsibilities:
