- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, utilising CRM systems.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring queries are handled promptly and professionally.
- Administer & monitor the order processing systems.
- Download & record results & information via online system.
- Perform general office duties and support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Previous experience within a customer service role is essential
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills are essential
- Good knowledge of IT systems is beneficial
- Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
- Salary of up to £25,000pa DOE.
