Client Services Specialist

Hours: Full time. Mon-Fri, 09.00 – 17.00. Location: Redhill, Surrey.

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Our client is looking to employ a highly driven Client Services Specialist to join their team at an exciting time of growth and development.  You will play a significant role in the organisation’s development and in turn will have the opportunity for career development and on-going learning. Reporting to our Customer Service Manager,  the right person will have  a proven track record in customer care who is methodical, highly organised, results driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Role Responsibilities
  • Support our clients via telephone and email via our client management system.
  • Ensure all email enquiries are responded to within 24hrs of receipt.
  • Administer and monitor the order processing system.
  • Accurate record keeping on our client management system.
  • Download and record patient results from laboratory partners accurately and on time.
  • Handling sensitive data in accordance with data protection regulations and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Providing practitioners with their patient’s results.
  • Ad-hoc office duties.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience working in a similar role.
  • Excellent call handling and telephone skills.
  • Superb customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of IT systems such as G Suite, Hubspot (or similar CRM software) and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Thorough attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Solid time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
  • A rational thinker under pressure.
  • A strong team player with the ability to work independently using their own initiative.
