Business Support (Automotive)

FULL TIME, permanent

Hours:

The business is open from 08.00-17.30 Monday to Friday and 09.00-12.00 on a Saturday. You will be required to work one in four Saturday’s mornings.

Salary: £28000 - £30000pa

Driving Licence is Essential

Job role includes the following.

· Meeting and greeting customers, suppliers, assessors and other third parties.

· Entering new information onto the management system and contacting customers to coordinate various appointment.

· Managing all incoming phone calls and directing them to the right department.

· Managing email traffic that comes into the generic email address, making sure it is directed to the right person and or department.

· General administration

· Liaising between customers, other departments and third parties to ensure efficiency

· Be willing to multi task and willing to help out colleagues when workload’s dictate that it is necessary.
