- Processing new customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Organising logistics for both UK and international couriers, ensuring timely deliveries
- Managing stock levels and ensuring the warehouse runs like clockwork
- Handling basic technical queries and providing solutions that keep customers happy
- To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in customer service and administration
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

- Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm, with a 30 minute lunch break.
- 28 days of holiday (including Bank Holidays and your birthday off!), with holiday entitlement increasing each year
