Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a successful and well established Redhill based company, who are seeking a new member of their Customer Service team.
This is a busy and varied role, and would suit someone with previous experience in a Customer Service role, who is looking for an opportunity to develop and progress.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Responding to phone calls and emails from customers
- Handling a range of customer queries
- Processing orders
- A variety of administrative tasks
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Experience in an office based Customer Service role
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to write professional business emails
- Motivated and ambitious
Salary is £24k with the potential to earn up to £28k with additional payments and performance related bonuses.
